The winery
The first criteria for good wine is good raw material, which is why we only harvest limited and technologically mature, healthy grapes using traditional, manual harvesting. Due to our current storage capacity, we only process a small part of the grapes produced and sell the rest. This gives us the opportunity to select the best quality grapes.
When making our wines, our goal is to preserve the unique character of the grape varieties, highlighting the characteristic color, aroma and flavor harmonies.
We make our white and rosé wines largely reductively, with gentle pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cooling jackets to preserve the primary fruity aromas and characteristic of the grape variety.
After fermentation on the skins, our red wines are matured in high-quality oak barrels. We would like to show the light or heavier elegance behaviour of each variety in their own way.
Our wine batches are unique, naturally reflecting the grape harvest and weather of the given year. Our goal is not to hide the differences, as wine is a living substance: each bottle carries and shows the circumstances of its production.
