Wines made from Irsai Olivér grapes are characterized by their fresh, crisp perfume scent. Particularly light and fragrant, and classically most popular in warmer, sunnier periods, i.e. from early spring to late autumn. A cheerful, playful wine, rich in muscat notes. The batch is characterized by a light straw yellow color, with a perfumed, youthful freshness, muscat notes reminiscent of grapes and elderflower. When tasted, it is dry, with fine body, light, acid, and lively flavors. It can be an accompaniment to salads, fish dishes, seafood dishes, and
poultry.
