Pinot Noir Rosé 2024
The image of BAK Pinot Noir rosé was inspired by the world of Provençal rosés. This batch was made from 100% pinot noir, become an extremely elegant, fresh, but with emphatic extract and relatively high alcohol content rosé. The appearance is elegant, translucent light salmon color with onion skin tones. The aroma character is initially earthy, slightly sultry, later currants and cherries dominate. When tasted, it has balanced, straight acidity; creaminess and long, gentle finish. Recommended for elegant dishes made from duck, wild poultry and veal.
